How a show runs
Everything after the yes is our job
Most of a show happens before anyone plays a note. This is the part we take off everyone’s plate.

You tell us the date, city and venue. We answer within two working days.

We check with the artist and agree the deal: fee, deal type, who covers what.

Advance
The promoter gets one private page with everything, and fills in only their part.

Travel
Flights, trains, pickups and hotel, planned in local time and checked against the set.

The artist has the day on their phone. If something changes, they see what and when.
